In 2014, after years of working in fine dining restaurants in Vail, San Francisco, and Philadelphia, I started my private chef service - Eat Dank Food. Built to help people throw a party the way I'd throw my own. From the first toast to the last bite, I curate a seamless, foodie experience designed to impress.

My team and I work closely with you to nail the mood and energy you're after, whether that's an upscale, white-tablecloth dinner or a laid-back backyard gathering. However you want it to feel, it gets the same loving treatment - and I bring it to Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen, and across the Colorado Rockies.

And it's not just the food. When you need it, I bring a full-service staff to handle setup, serving, bartending, and cleanup - so you get to actually enjoy your own party as a guest, not the host.
