Eat Dank Food started in 2014, as a way for Chef Shelby Lewis to share her desire for dank, from scratch cooking made with lots of love. It has evolved into a real passion for creating custom, detail oriented menus for every client and their guests. No matter how upscale or casual, her and her select team of longtime waitstaff professionals will make it dank.

We had a wonderful and memorable evening with Shelby from Eat Dank Food! The food was outstanding and Shelby was sweet, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgable. An A+ experience. Would highly recommend.
